Job Description

Are you a first year undergraduate interested in a career in commercial law? Our two day insight programme, Pathfinder, will offer you a taste of life in commercial law at a global firm. It is intended to put you in the best possible position to secure a place on our Vacation Schemes. 

Successful applicants will learn about our culture, work and strategy and attend workshops to develop commercial skills such as teamwork and networking. You'll shadow Trainees and Associates and attend a personal impact masterclass to help you stand out when applying for our Vacation Schemes. And it’s not all about work, you’ll also attend an evening social organised by the Trainee Recruitment Team. 

After the programme, you'll be fast-tracked through the application process for a Vacation Scheme.

Additional Information

Criteria:

• First year undergraduates studying any degree at a UK or Irish university
  
• Second year undergraduates undertaking a four-year degree programme at a UK or Irish University
  

How to apply:

• Complete the short online application form (approx. 30 mins)
  
• Take the Capp online assessment (approx. 60-90 mins)
  
• Take the Watson Glaser critical reasoning test. *We strongly advise you take a practice test first* 
  

Candidates must complete the short online form and the Capp Online assessment by the application deadline. You will have a 5-day deadline, from the date of your application, to complete the Watson Glaser online test. Please note, there are no time limits to our assessments.
